Privacy Policy / Política de Privacidade — IA Hub
This Privacy Policy explains how IA Hub processes personal data and marketing platform data (including Google), in line with Brazil’s LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and Google API Services User Data Policy.
1. Who we are
IA Hub is an authenticated operations and intelligence workspace for authorized teams. Marketing connectors run in read-only mode when the user authorizes them. Contact: [email protected]
2. Data we process
- Account and authentication data (name, email, workspace, access profile, login records).
- Operational mirrored data (clients, tasks, schedules) for internal workspace use.
- Marketing OAuth data: access/refresh tokens, account/property IDs, and aggregated metrics (e.g. Google Analytics 4) with explicit user authorization.
- Technical logs needed for security and operations.
- AI-generated content associated with authorized workspace runs.
3. Purposes
- Provide the IA Hub service to the authenticated workspace.
- Sync and display marketing metrics in read-only mode when a provider is connected.
- Operate human-reviewed AI-assisted production within user permissions.
- Security, audit, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
4. Google data and OAuth
When you connect Google Analytics (or other supported Google products), IA Hub requests the minimum scopes needed (for example, Analytics read-only) and uses the data only to display and analyze metrics in the authorized workspace. IA Hub does not sell Google user data and does not use Google data for third-party advertising. Details: Google data use.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers under contract, AI providers configured by the operator for authorized requests, and authorities when legally required.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data while the account/workspace is active and as needed for the purposes above. You may request OAuth disconnect, account deletion, or LGPD rights via [email protected].
7. Security
We use authentication, workspace isolation, environment secrets, HTTPS, auditing, and least privilege. No method is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
Under LGPD you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion when applicable, sharing information, and consent withdrawal. Contact: [email protected].
9. Children
IA Hub is for professional/business use and is not directed to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the current version.
