Terms of Service / Termos de Uso — IA Hub
By accessing or using IA Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
IA Hub provides authenticated tools for operations, planning, human-reviewed AI-assisted production, and marketing intelligence for authorized workspaces.
2. Accounts and access
- Access is limited to provisioned users in workspaces.
- You must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for actions under your account.
- Workspace administrators control internal permissions (RBAC).
3. Acceptable use
You may not use IA Hub to violate laws, bypass security controls, access other tenants’ data, perform unauthorized writeback to source systems, publish external content without authorization, or abuse APIs / AI budget limits.
4. Third-party integrations
Connectors (Google, Meta, BetoHub, AI providers) are subject to those platforms’ terms. IA Hub operates marketing connectors in read-only mode. You confirm you are authorized to connect the accounts and properties you link.
5. AI content
AI outputs are assistive and may be inaccurate. Human review remains required. You are responsible for final use of generated content.
6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep IA Hub available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted uptime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IA Hub and its operators are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses from misuse, third-party failures, or decisions based on metrics/generated content.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy and Google data use page.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security risk, or workspace admin request.
